Right of Withdrawal
According to EU consumer protection laws and German regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, we offer an extended withdrawal period of 30 days for your convenience.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly (via email or a letter sent by post) about your decision to withdraw from your purchase. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Returning the Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event, within 30 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition of Returned Goods
Due to the nature of glassware products, goods must be returned in their original packaging and in undamaged condition. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
Defective or Damaged Goods
If goods arrive defective or damaged, please inform us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
